The clear, turn-by-turn directions of the Velo 2 allow users to navigate effortlessly along their planned route - even without reception.

In the routing view, users are shown not only their current location along the planned route, but also the direction of the next turn and the distance to it. This clear and intuitive display of the most important navigation data means turns are no longer missed, and users arrive at their destination relaxed.

The Velo 2's fast re-routing also gets users back on their planned route in the shortest possible time.

A special feature of the Velo 2 is Compass Mode: this function gives adventurous users the option of defining the desired destination point and choosing the route there spontaneously while on the move. In this mode, a direction arrow constantly points at the destination so that users do not unintentionally stray too far off course while following their nose along the route that they choose.

The Velo 2, in combination with the Beeline app, is a powerful tool that offers users a high degree of flexibility and features for route planning, navigation, as well as saving and sharing their rides.

During the ride, all important live data such as speed, distance traveled or arrival time can be viewed via the RockerTop^TM buttons on the Velo 2.

The Beeline app stores all ride data from completed rides and displays it both in an overview and on a heatmap, so users can analyze it at any time.

Anyone who wants to use their own GPX data can also import it into the Beeline app and navigate with the Velo 2. In addition, users can connect their Strava account via the Beeline app and load rides from Strava. They can upload any tracked rides into Strava - if they choose to - at the push of a button.

With Beeline Smart Routing, Beeline offers intelligent routing that incorporates direct feedback from the community into route planning.

The Beeline app calculates route options based on standard road data (road type, speed limit, etc.) combined with feedback from the Beeline community and can therefore offer up to three route options.

The fast route gets users to their destination as quickly as possible. The balanced route is the ideal middle ground between getting there quickly and avoiding unpleasant sections such as those with heavy traffic. The quiet route is geared toward safety and the riding experience; finding quieter roads and sections.

Beeline Smart Routing is based on the road rating of individual sections of rides completed by the community. What makes it special is that every "Beeliner" anywhere in the world can contribute through this road rating and improve the routing for themselves and everyone else.

During the ride, users can rate individual sections through positive or negative feedback (via the +/- button in the app and the right/left button on the Velo 2) or by giving an overall rating at the end of the ride. The personal road ratings are also visible on the heatmap.

The compact Velo 2, with its minimalist IPS LCD display with LED backlighting and RockerTop^TM buttons, features a sealed housing that protects it from water and dust particles - for use in any weather.
